THE WILLSON FAMILY GATHERED TO SAY GOODBYE TO LILLIAN WILLSON, A  LONG TIME SUPPORTER OF HOPE HOUSE
Twila and Kim helping with hospice care, seen here in Sept. 2024 massaging Mom's legs,
After 2 months of hospice care in our home in Mechanic Falls, Maine, Mom completed her journey home to be with the Lord on the night of October 9, 2024, "in a good old age, an old (woman), and full of years... and (she)was gathered to (her) people", Genesis 25:8, much like Abraham and countless others!  We are so blessed to have cared for her during her final days, and as she peacefully departed for Heaven, joyfully reuniting with "her people", her much wider family! So this is NOT goodbye, Mom....it's only "See you later!"

chorus:
This is not goodbye,
It’s only “see you later”…
This won’t be for long,
Soon we’ll be together.
v. 1
The morning will break forth,
The distance will be gone…
We’ll meet you on that shore,
We’ll all gather in the dawn,
It’s hard to wait for, but I am very sure
v. 2(chorus)
I saw the years you gave,
You led in word and deed.
Serving filled your days,
Meeting needs so faithfully.
Your legacy lives on, I see
Bridge:(chorus)
So we celebrate the years
We got to have you here!
You’re someone hard to lose,
But we’re seeing through the tears
chorus:
This is not goodbye,
It’s only “see you later”…
This won’t be for long,
Soon we’ll be together
In a better place and time.
hymn:
When we all get to heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
We’ll sing and shout the victory.
2nd time:
We’ll sing and shout, we’ll sing and shout,
We’ll sing and shout the victory!

This is not goodbye,
It’s only “see you later”…
This is not goodbye.

(hymn chorus by Eliza Hewett & Emily Wilson)
